Windsor Cay Resort HOA Includes

All grass cutting, landscaping and fertilizing of all homes and townhomes.

Repainting and roofing on all townhomes when needed.

Windsor Cay Resort by Pulte's HOA is expected to be in line with what is currently offered at Windsor Island Resort, which is estimated at $485-$600 per month.  We will have more details about HOA costs and CDD information shortly.  There is also a one time capital contribution fee to join the HOA upon closing of around $3,000.
